In April 2001, CJ Antonyuk initiated his inaugural enterprise, Designer Carpentry LLC, and embarked on his role as a Master Carpenter, specializing in luxury properties on the East Side. His journey led him to shift from designer carpentry to encompassing Design Homes within the realm of a general contractor by 2004. This evolution prompted him to undertake the construction of tailor-made homes and engage in activities under the mantle of a general contractor. The transformation of Design Homes & Construction materialized in 2015, when it rebranded as L&R Builders LLC. This shift reflected the expansion of their general contracting operations into the multi-family and commercial domains. Consequently, CJ Antonyuk and his company seamlessly extended their endeavors to encompass both the residential and commercial sectors.

CJ Antonyuk uses a lifetime of knowledge to help developers, business owners, and colleagues navigate the construction process and walk away with projects they can be proud of. With a thorough understanding of utilities and building systems he coordinates big picture ideas and facilitates the smallest details with attention and care.

Family Life
CJ, after immigrating from Ukraine to PNW when he was 12 years old, lived and grew up in Burien/West Seattle. He got his AA in SSCC and studied Business Law at BCC. After getting married he and his family have reside in the Mill Creek area for over 25 years.
